Pick a role model for yourself – a person whose physical skills you’d like to emulate. Take your time to study their behavior, either watching them in person or from a video. Relax as you observe and try to tune in to your perception and listening. Focus on their stream of action.
Once you become familiar with their conduct, close your eyes, relax, and visualize their sequence of motions performed with the highest perfection. Observe closely and listen attentively to create a model of those skills for yourself.
As time passes, move in accordance with this person—imagine seeing through their eyes, listening through their ears, and feeling their emotions.
In your mind, perform the same sequence of actions internally. Pay attention to how your body reacts. Repeat this until you feel familiar with it.
Then, leave the body of the person you chose, intending to retain their skills to the greatest extent as you return to full awareness.
Whenever possible, practice the skills you borrowed. Observe how your training has improved your results.
Repeat this exercise at least once a day for the first 21 days, then at least once a week to maintain a high level. Between these drills, practice in reality as often as you can.
